  • Departure Information
    Please select your departure city from the list provided. You may enter the first letter of a city to scroll to the appropriate area on the list. If the departure city you prefer is not included on this list, we may not offer flights from that city. Please call the phone number listed at the bottom of this page for more details.

  • You can select your departure date by either entering it in the box provided or by clicking on the calendar.

  • If you would like to specify a time of day you wish to depart, you may do so by selecting morning, afternoon, or evening. The booking engine will attempt to offer you a flight closest to the requested time of day.

    Destination Information
    You can either provide the duration you wish to stay or the date you wish to depart and the booking engine will automatically update corresponding information.

  • Once completing the selection of your first destination, if you would like to visit more than one destination you may do so by clicking on "Add Another Destination". If you change your mind, you can also delete a destination you've previously added by clicking on the link to "Delete This Destination". Not all destinations served allow for multi-destination itineraries. If the link to add another destination is not displayed, a multi-destination option is not offered.

  • You may specify the time that you wish to depart your chosen destination if you are continuing on to another destination. If you are selecting a return time for departing your final destination, the time you choose will be utilized to help select your return flight.

    Airline Information
    You have the ability to select a preferred airline or retain the default request for the least expensive option. Additionally, you may select economy class or first class air (not all of our airlines offer first class service).

  • If you check the "Show Direct Flights Only" box, the booking engine will search for direct flights only. If there are no direct flights available, we will provide connecting flights as an alternative.

  • *Note: Direct flights include flights that may make a stop but do not require a change of plane.

    Traveler Information
    Please select the amount of passengers traveling. If there are children traveling with you, please indicate their age(s). Children one year of age and younger are automatically considered “lap children,” but the option to purchase a seat for the child will be offered once you have selected the child’s age.

    Select Your Flight
    Please select the round trip flight itinerary you prefer. Keep in mind that more flights may be available than what is displayed on this page. If so, you can click the Next link to view the next page of available flights.

  • The booking engine displays only inventory that is available. Therefore, if the airline, flight routing, or specific flight number that you prefer is not offered, it may be either sold out or not offered for the date you have chosen. If you don’t find a suitable alternative displayed, you may want to click "Back" and select another date to check availability for your preferred flight(s).

    Arrival/Departure Information
    Please select the dates that you wish to check in and out of your hotel or resort. If you do not need a hotel/resort for your entire stay within this destination, you may select a hotel stay less than the total duration for that destination.

    Preferences
    Our keyword search allows you to conduct a very specific search. For example, if you know the name of the hotel you wish to price, a location, or an activity you wish the hotel to provide, you can search for it by name.

  • You may also conduct a search on a more general level by using the hotel chain preference, a resort location, or hotel amenities. If your search does not return an available hotel, you may want to broaden your search criteria.

  • Indicate the number of rooms you wish to price and if you prefer a specific room view.

    Refine Your Search
    If you do not find a hotel that meets the requirements specified in your previous search, you can revise your search here by adding keywords. You can also click Back to visit the previous page and again utilize the other search functions. If you opt to refine your search from this page, click "Go" to perform the new search.

    Hotel
    You will find the hotels that were returned based on your specified search. You can now sort the returned hotel options based on your preferences. We will automatically default our listings to display least expensive to most expensive. You can revise the list to sort the hotel options alphabetically.

  • If you would like to browse more detailed information on the hotel, click "More Details" and a detailed description of that hotel will be displayed. Here, you can view additional photos and get additional information on the location, dining, activities and more offered by your chosen hotel or resort.

  • To view the list of the different types of rooms available for your chosen dates of stay, click on the link "Available Room Types" and a list of rooms and information will be displayed. The information will include the type of room, bedding types offered in the room, the dollar rating for that room, and details on any specials that may available for your selected dates of stay.

  • The booking engine displays only inventory that is available. Therefore, if the hotel or hotel room you prefer is not offered, it may be either sold out or not offered for the date you have chosen. If you don't find a suitable alternative displayed, you may want to click "Back" and select another date to check availability for your preferred hotel or hotel room.

  • You can click on the photos to increase the size for viewing.

    Hotel Detail
    This page provides you with a detailed description of the hotel or resort you have selected. You will also find any important information you should be aware of regarding this property, with regard to renovations, special requirements, or other important information we want you to be aware of.

  • If the hotel provides 360-degree panoramic images, there will be links to the views of the property and its different types of hotel rooms. You still click on the still photographs to increase the size for viewing.

  • A link is available to view a map of your chosen destination.

  • If you have selected Hawaii or Mexico, we offer a link to a Virtual Tour of popular spots and attractions that you can view from this page.

  • The booking engine displays only inventory that is available. Therefore, if the hotel or hotel room you prefer is not offered, it may be either sold out or not offered for the date you have chosen.

  • If you don't find a suitable alternative displayed, you may want to click "Back" and select another date to check availability for your preferred hotel or hotel room.

  • A list of rooms and information will also be displayed, with information including the type of room, bedding types offered in that room, and details on any specials that may available for your selected dates of stay.

    Transfers
    If you prefer to reserve transfers to and/or from your chosen hotel, please select the type of transfer you wish to reserve from the drop down menu. Round trip transfers are not required in some destinations, so you may book them to the hotel, from the hotel, or both. You may also vary the type of transfer; enabling you to reserve a limousine transfer in one direction and a regular transfer in the other.

  • The booking engine displays only inventory that is available. Therefore, if the transfer(s) you prefer is not offered, it may be either sold out or not offered for the date you have chosen. If you don’t find a suitable alternative displayed, you may want to click "Back" and select another date to check availability for your preferred transfer(s).

    Rental Car
    Rental cars are not available in all destinations. If you are not offered the ability to reserve a rental car on this page, then we does not offer this option in your chosen destination.

  • Please indicate the date that you wish to pick up your rental car. The rental car does not necessarily need to be reserved for the entire duration within your destination if it is only required for a portion of your stay.

  • Indicate the number of cars you wish to reserve, the length of stay, where you wish to pick up your car, where you wish to return your car, and the type of car you would like to reserve.

  • To view the types of cars offered for each car class, click on the "View Car Info" link.

  • If you wish to purchase the Loss/Damage Waiver at the time of booking you may do so by selecting this option. For details on costs and coverage, click on the "More Info" link.

  • The booking engine displays only inventory that is available. Therefore, if the rental car(s) you prefer is not offered, it may be either sold out or not offered for the date you have chosen.

  • If you don't find a suitable alternative displayed, you may want to click "Back" and select another date to check availability for your preferred rental car(s). If you would like to make a special request for your rental car you may do so by clicking on the "Special Requests" link.

    Available Connections
    Please select the connection you prefer from the list. If this is a connecting flight to your return flight, the booking engine will only offer flights that meet the minimum connection time requirements. Certain routings offer limited service, so you may only have a limited number of options from which to choose.

  • The booking engine displays only inventory that is available. Therefore, if the connection(s) that you prefer is not offered, it may be either sold out or not offered for the date you have chosen. If you don’t find a suitable alternative displayed, you may want to click "Back" and select another date to check availability for your preferred connection(s).

    Detailed Summary/Modify Itin
    The detailed summary enables you to view your selections and modify certain items you may wish to change. The booking engine does not allow modifications to all components and if you are unable to alter a selection you may start over and rebuild your itinerary to incorporate you required components.

  • If you are offered the ability to make a correction or change, click the link next to the component you would like to change and the booking engine will steer you through the change. Once the requested changes are complete, you will return to the Detailed Summary/Modify Itinerary screen.

  • If you have made changes to any of the package components, be sure to click "Update Price" to re-calculate your base price. You will find the "Update Price" link at the bottom of the Detailed Summary/Modify Itinerary page, right above the base price.

  • The option to purchase a protection plan or travel insurance will only be offered at this point during the reservation process. Keep in mind that once you click "Book and Purchase This Trip", the option will not be offered again.

  • Once you have created your itinerary and click "Book and Purchase this Trip", the booking engine will once again verify availability and display the total price, with applicable taxes.

  • You may also view an itinerary summary by clicking "Summary of Itinerary", which will display your itinerary in an easy to read format and enable you review the itinerary and verify it is complete.

  • You may also e-mail your itinerary to a friend by clicking the "Refer to a Friend" link.

  • By clicking "Start Over", you can release the itinerary that you have created and begin assembling a new itinerary.

  • It is very important that you verify your itinerary is correct, as you will be responsible for any applicable change fees and/or cost increases incurred after payment has been applied to the reservation.

    Purchase
    The Purchase page enables you to verify the total price of your itinerary with applicable taxes added, indicates if the protection plan or travel insurance was purchased, and requires you to check that you have read and understand the terms and conditions regarding your reservation.

  • You may cancel the booking you have made at this point, or continue on to purchasing your trip..

    Continuation of Purchase
    Please enter information for all travelers, associating the names with the correct ages if children are included. If you have previously provided the names of the traveling passengers, please re-verify that the information you have entered is correct.

  • If you wish to make special requests for a traveler, you may do so on this page. Next to the traveler number you will find the link to "Passenger Requests".

  • Enter the contact and billing information for the credit cardholder. The cardholder must be traveling on the booking in order to confirm the booking with payment. We cannot accept credit cards as credit card payment from a third party online. If you wish to use a third party credit card for special consideration, please call us at the phone number listed at the bottom of this page.

  • Indicate if you wish to make a deposit (for destinations where deposits are accepted), full payment, or if you will make a deposit for more than the minimum amount required. For destinations accepting deposits, you cannot apply less than the minimum deposit. If you are planning to travel within 30 days of making your reservations, full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Once you have provided all of the necessary information, you can submit the payment, clear all of the fields, or cancel the reservations.

  • *Please note: Once you have submitted a payment, any changes and cancellations you subsequently make will be subject to applicable change or cancel fees.
