Hawaiian Vacations does not assess fees to use our site. The rates we display
are contracted rates that Pleasant Holidays-Hawaiian Vacations has secured with
partners worldwide, and all costs relating to the mailing of travel documents
is included in the price of your booking. If you want to expedite the delivery
of documents, Hawaiiian Vacations can arrange that for you with an additional
fee.
What are the system requirements to use the site?
A Netscape 6.0 web browser or later version, Internet Explorer 5.0 web browser
or later version, or AOL 4.0 browser or later version.
How do I check pricing and availability for your vacation packages?
Use our on-line reservation system for an immediate price quote or to book your
Hawaiian Vacation. The Dream Vacation Planner is a tool that you can use to
help plan your own dream vacation. After adding hotels and resorts to your
"Dream Vacation Plan", you can use the Dream Vacation Planner to complete your
itinerary. When you are finished, you can either print your "Dream Vacation
Plan" to aid you in completing an online reservation, or you can request a
price quote by submitting your information directly to Hawaiian Vacations.
Why can't I find the departure city I want?
If you are unable to locate the departure city you wish to utilize for a given
destination, it may be because Hawaiian Vacations does not offer airfares from
the departure city to your selected destination. You can select the next
closest departure city or call Hawaiian Vacations at 1-888-834-2924 for more
information.
What are the luggage requirements for the airline I am using?
Each airline has different baggage requirements regarding size and weight.
Security measures implemented in October 2001 allow passengers one piece of
carry on luggage (not including purses, brief cases, or laptops). The maximum
size allowed for a carry on bag with American Trans Air is 9"x13.5"x19". If you
are traveling on another carrier, please contact the carrier directly for
luggage requirements and dimensions.

Why can't I find the low airfare or package I saw advertised today?
If you are unable to obtain a price that you saw on our website previously or
saw advertised, it may be that it is not available for the dates chosen. If you
saw the price advertised online, the advertisement will include the valid days
of the week to obtain the special pricing. You may alter your travel dates to
check if the price is available on another day.
Does Hawaiian Vacations offer specials that are for the web users only?
No, all of the pricing and specials available online are available through our
Reservations Department which you can receive by calling the number at the
bottom of this page.
Are all of the hotel taxes included in my price?
All hotel taxes are included in Hawaiian Vacations vacation packages.
Does my vacation include baggage handling gratuity at my hotel?
When traveling to Hawaii, baggage handling gratuity is included if you have
purchased roundtrip transfers. For all other destinations, baggage handling is
not included and is left to the discretion of the individual traveler.
Is the price of my package guaranteed once I've applied money?
Pull price guarantee information from brochure General Conditions for each
destination.
Can I book all of Pleasant Holidays-Hawaiian Vacations specials online?
Pleasant Holidays-Hawaiian Vacations makes available the vast majority of our
specials for reservation online. However, due to inventory restrictions and/or
special deposit policies or other requirements, some specials must be booked
through us directly by calling the number listed at the bottom of this page.
Can I stay longer than the advertised duration for a special?
Most specials do not have a maximum length of stay defined. Each special or
promotion is subject to certain restrictions and requirements. Once you have
selected your destination and your package, you will find applicable
restrictions and/or requirements listed within the description of the package.
Do you offer any specials or discounts for senior citizens?
A special senior package is offered to Hawaii and can be reserved online. Other
destinations may include added values for seniors at the discretion of the
hotels that may be reserved as part of Pleasant Holidays-Hawaiian Vacations
standard packages.
Do you offer any specials or discounts for honeymooners?
A special honeymoon package is offered to Hawaii and can be reserved online.
Other destinations may include added values for honeymooners at the discretion
of the hotels that may be reserved as part of Pleasant's standard packages.

Do your vacation packages include airfare?
Hawaiian Vacations offers packages with and without air. When you decide on
your destination, the different types of packages offered for that destination
will be displayed.
Is there a minimum-stay allowed for your packages?
Hawaii destinations require a minimum stay of two nights.
Can I reserve a booking using some else's credit card?
Hawaiian Vacations cannot accept credit cards as credit card payment from a
third party online. If you wish to use a third party credit card for special
consideration, please contact us at the phone number listed at the bottom of
this page for assitance.
How many people can I book on one reservation?
Hawaiian Vacations allows up to nine passengers per booking, including infants
and children. If you are making a reservation involving more than nine
passengers, you may book them separately with their own reservation.
Do you do anything special for group travel?
Yes, Hawaiian Vacations groups department works closely with groups with a
minimum of 16 passengers.
Do you accommodate single travelers?
Absolutely. Hawaiian Vacations generally advertises our packages and products
based on double occupancy, so when pricing a package for just one person please
be aware that a single-supplement will be assessed and included in your rate.
Do you accommodate physically challenged travelers?
The Americans with Disabilities Act legislation for the United States does not
apply to all destinations worldwide. We recommend that persons with

hotel-only and hotel-and-car packages to complement the free flight you earn
through a frequent flyer club. Pleasant also offers the Pleasant Holidays Plus
Visa Card, which enables you to earn "Reward Points" to apply toward future
Pleasant vacations.
How can I make Seat Assignments?
Pleasant Holidays-Hawaiian Vacations does not provide the ability to request
seat assignments online. In order to confirm seat assignments, you would need
to contact your chosen airline directly. American Trans Air does not provide
pre-assigned seating and your seats will be assigned at the time of check-in
for your flight.
Do you offer companion fares?
Companion fares are offered from time to time to several of the destinations

Can I book a stopover online?
Due to the restrictions required for stopovers, Pleasant Holidays-Hawaiian
Vacations does not offer them online. However, our reservations department will

Pleasant Holidays-Hawaiian Vacations uses a many of the best known car rental
companies in the world. The minimum age to rent a car for all rental companies

Pleasant Holidays-Hawaiian Vacations accepts Visa, Mastercard, American
Express, Discover, Diners Club, money orders, and checks. Pleasant
Holidays-Hawaiian Vacations does not accept third party credit cards, and in
order to charge your package the card must be in the name of a passenger who is
traveling. Payment by check or money order is subject to the same due dates
that apply to credit card payments, and may be mailed to our Corporate
Headquarters.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
At Pleasant Holidays, ensuring your privacy and security is a priority. Our web
site utilizes a 128-bit encryption certificate provided by VeriSign, Inc. that
automatically encrypts Personally Identifying Information (including your name,
address, credit card information, e-mail address and more) so that it cannot be
read as the information travels over the Internet.
Can I use a credit card with an international billing address?

your departure date, providing that full payment has been received. All
documents are sent via first class mail unless special arrangements are made

Why did I not receive a voucher for my car and hotel?
Pleasant Holidays-Hawaiian Vacations has an agreement with our car rental and
hotel partners that allows our passengers to travel without needing vouchers
when picking up rental cars or checking into hotels for each segment of their
vacation.
If I change my flights or if there is an Airline initiated schedule change
do I need to send back my tickets?
Airline initiated schedule changes do not require re-ticketing. Nearly all
flight changes initiated by a passenger or his/her travel agent require

Can I request a specific room or location at my hotel
with Pleasant Holidays-Hawaiian Vacations?
Pleasant Holidays-Mexico Vacations cannot include special requests
of this nature when sending information to the hotel. However,
we provide the names of our passengers to our partner hotels
three days prior to the passenger check-in date. At that time,
you may contact the hotel directly with any special requests
you wish to make.
